Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Obtains Additional Approval for Its Antitumor Agents




Tokyo (JCNN) - Kyowa Hakko Kogyo (TSE: 4151) announced on June 3 that it has received approval for an additional indication of its antitumor agents Navelbine Injection 40 and Navelbine Injection 10, from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Japan, as of May 31.

Navelbine Injection 40 and Navelbine Injection 10 are now available for the treatment of inoperable or recurrent breast cancer.

Navelgine Injection (vinorelbine tartrate), which has been marketed in Japan since 1999, is currently distributed in over 70 countries worldwide.
